ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer telephone and assist callers with inquiries, or direct callers to appropriate personnel
  • Basic filing
  • Process terminations as instructed
  • Continually updating terminations spread sheet
  • Sending exit interviews to employees and follow up
  • Once termed, consolidate employee files
  • Pick up and distribute afternoon mail (4pm)
  • Assist recruiters with administering typing tests, competency tests, and applications.
  • Make badges for New-hires, replacements, and status changes.
  • Maintain Department calendar
  • Transfer year end term files and maintain catalog listing for archive/recall archive boxes as requested
  • Organizes and coordinates training sessions; reserves space for training, ensures that equipment is available and operating, and distributes materials (Handouts, quizzes, etc.)
  • Develops or assists with development of  companywide training schedule
  • Researches and suggests additions or enhancements for training products
  • Prepare correspondence/emails as needed
  • Assist with reports and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year of general office experience
  • Good communication skills
  • The ability to work in a fast pace team environment
